Genesee Habitat for Humanity

Projects

Habitat for Humanity of Genesee County began in 1999 and is currently working on its 22nd  house located at 4961 East Main Street, Batavia.

This home was generously donated by Bill Baskin and Susan Blackburn.  Their gift will enable Habitat to provide a strong and stable foundation for a  family in our community.  We are currently seeking potential homeowners and accepting applications for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.  Don’t delay, apply for program eligibility today!

Most recently, thanks to so many dedicated and hardworking volunteers another member of our community has a place to call home.  Habitat completed construction on a three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home in the Town of Batavia.  Pictured to the right.

To date, Genesee County has served and partnered with more than 20 families in Pavilion, Alexander, Batavia, Elba and Alabama.
